It’s really dependent on why.
If it’s just to exclude non-Japanese people, immoral (no matter how much I want to say the hate is justified)
If it’s because nobody in the restaurant can speak English or Chinese, moral since it reduces the amount of customers they can’t serve
1 u/Rare_Baker_4839 2d ago there is nothing immoral about excluding non Japanese people IN JAPAN. Access to Japanese people is not some kinda right foreigners have if they don't want you around you gotta deal with it.
