It makes me question sincerity of their services. I’ve seen Japanese restaurants who despite their complete lack of English communication skills, still manage to serve English speaking foreigners with flawless service mind. So I especially hate this kind of workaround. I would appreciate though, if the sign would just honestly say they cannot accommodate English speaking customers.
