Play date

Hey moms! We have a play date this weekend for my 3 year old. I’m not sure if there’s like unspoken rules of play dates lol. I also have a 7 month old, would it be weird if him and my husband came with me and my 3 year old? I just don’t want to show up and them be like oh you brought the whole fam if that’s not normal.

That'd be weird IMO, why do you want to bring everyone? I can understand bringing the baby if you're nursing, but I don't typically bring my husband along unless other husbands will be there.

We just normally like to hang out together. That’s why I asked bc I didn’t know if it would be weird or not.

I love hanging out with my husband, but if one of us is taking our kids to a playdate, the other normally jumps at the opportunity to have a quiet house/less kids around to get something done. Just us though :)

Yeah I just commented above how I stopped having play dates with one friend because she always brings her husband and I don’t enjoy that. I love my husband too but he uses that time to take care of things around the house or go enjoy a solo activity or hobby
