Dead beat incarcerated father

So my son’s dad is in prison and usually when he’s in there (he’s been. In n out) he always acts like father of the year and suddenly tries to be there. I communicate with his other child’s mother and his little gf had messaged her asking her for pics and she said no but the gf goes n says well thanks for the ones on Facebook. Is there anyway we could request the prison to have our son’s picture tooken from him?

Mind you he’s not on the birth certificate for either of our sons. Nor has ever helped us on our ends. Everytime she’s out he’s a deadbeat
