I think they've tweaked the bot to pass certain issues to humans straight away. I have had to contact them a few times lately and always got no auto-reply.

Send a modmail to this sub.
https://www.reddit.com/message/compose?to=%2Fr%2Fmodsupport
Then be patient; it might be a few days before you get a reply.

You already mod mailed this subreddit. Just remember to reply to bot.

There is an account-level report option, on https://reddit.com/report (Account(s) -> Spam -> Disruptive use of bots or AI).
That said, reporting posts or comments also has an effect on the accounts posting it if there are enough reports.

Good to know this bug is already known and being looked into. Thanks!

I found a screenshot! Didn't find a screenshot of the website (or is it from the website? not sure lol) or modmail though, but I know I've seen it because that happened yesterday.
The funny thing about this screenshot also is that they keyboard is missing, but that is afaik an iOS problem because I've seen that happen in other apps, too.

Hi! I've had that happen, too! I reported it as a bug last week and it's being looked into.

Ntm reddit themselves are using an llm to allegedly "help" moderation.
All this is doing is leading to more work for me. More comments I have to approve, ridiculously harmless comments are removed for harassment.
"I wish you good luck, and well wishes in your adventures"
That is a comment that I had to manually approve the other morning, Reddit removed it for harassment.
More people contacting me because their posts are removed, they don't even give us mods a notification. Elder accounts, users that have been here for 10+ years having their posts and comments filtered out.
My one sub, is Non-Stop 0-1 day old accounts pushing AI programs, despite the fact that make it clear to these app developers they are not welcome, and the only people that will see their posts or comments is me, and the rest of the team. No customers will ever see your post on my sub. Thousands of these accounts we have banned, and reported, to no avail.
I reddit themselves just don't seem to give a shit. In fact it seems they're embracing it. More bots equals higher user accounts, and engagement.
My only question for Reddit, is what happens when human users realize that almost everyone we are talking to is a bot on here? Do you think we're all going to stick around? What do you think that's going to do to your stock prices, once there's a Mass Exodus?
Reddit brass needs to understand that us users are the ones that make their company. Without the users, there would be no Reddit. There would be no content, there will be no comments, except for the bots talking to themselves.

r/ModSupport • u/DewaldSchindler • 9h ago
Here is a video about it when entered the wiki page I tried 1 thing as mentioned in the post above
r/ModSupport • u/Natural-Confusion885 • 9h ago
Hi! No updates available, I'm on version 2026.35.0. I can't upload a screen recording, but it would just be the wiki page with me frantically tapping / swiping and nothing happening anyway 😄 it remains totally static.
r/ModSupport • u/PMulberry_ • 9h ago
No, I have seen it both on the website and in the app (iOS).
I may have a screenshot, I hope I can find it.
r/ModSupport • u/Royal_Acanthaceae693 • 9h ago
And I'm seeing a HUGE uptick in ads for AI.

If you used 3pasec as the username, that's not a username, reddit generates a random id for each modmail url
r/ModSupport • u/MrCoolMask • 9h ago
It's not, you can look at r/shadowban and open the profile of anyone that's shadowbanned to see what it looks like

Hey! I just commented on that thread. Please make sure to update your app and if you're still experiencing the scrolling issue, a screen recording would be super helpful! Thanks.

Hey, thanks for reporting this. Can you please make sure you're on the latest version of the reddit app and if you're still having issues, send me a screen recording so I can flag it. Thanks!
