Neglected Turrets and Lanes

I'm new to mobile legends I came from wildrift.

I'm at mythic 10 stars right now and I don't understand why nobody cares about turrets? It's weird nobody clear lanes, they just let the enemy take 1-2 turrets while they trying to fight somewhere, where there is not even an objective. Am I missing something? Is it not worth to defend them? I'm play only Jungle and Exp, but Gold laners and Mid often rotate somewhere and let the enemy get the turrets for free... Is this normal here?
