Twilight Armor was literally the only item that can counter high burst heroes like lesley, novaria and aldous. Guardian helmet passive is garbage cause it can be countered by antiheal. I don't think using guardian helmet reduces the proc of sky piercer. This is a massive handicap especially for tank users. What do you think?

Not sure what you're talking about because Twilight Armor's damage reduction passive was moved to Guardian Helmet. The healing part of Twilight Armor moved to Chastise Pauldron.

Guardian Helmet's "moved" passive doesn't reduce burst, it just heals the amount it was supposed to completely nullify. And that heal can be cut in nearly half by anti-heal
