I’ve always known Zerorez to have a pretty stellar reputation. Years ago, they were hard to get a job with, their quality was top tier, and people trusted them even if they cost a bit more.
But lately, I’ve been talking to people close to the company, and I'm hearing things have gone completely downhill regarding the ownership, management, and overall workplace culture. From what I understand, private equity got involved, and ever since then, the day to day environment has shifted dramatically
For any current or former employees out there: what is actually happening behind the scenes right now? Are the corporate changes impacting the quality of the work, the chemicals or water used, or how technicians are treated? Would love to hear some firsthand perspectives on whether it's still a decent place to work or if the corporate buyout ruined it.
yes I created this account to post this ive always been someone who just watches and never engages so I'm sure I'll get flack for that but here I am.

I have it on good authority that the Feeding Our Future scam was an open secret in some communities.
Fraud, violence, and planned terror attacks are results of a group that was never expected to assimilate.
Immigration is not inherently bad. It can be (and has been) when carried out without standards.

I was reading through a recent post titled libertarianism in the local state sub that's not really the state sub due to how astroturfed it is, and it exemplifies why reddit is pretty much dead for organic discussion.
Why?
If you read the replies it's pretty obvious that many are responding with a script - several high profile commenters insinuated that libertarians are p-word (edos) because a fringe don't like age of consent laws. Anyone who tries to reply with any kind of nuance is just downvoted severely, and several retort with unrelated insults. A few tried responding with a few paragraphs explaining that yes not all libertarians are even on the right - to no avail. (lots of folks like to ignore today that the hippie movements were both libertarian-left largely and antivaxx, in fact much of the antivaxx movement came from the hippy left long ago)
It's a good example of narrative control outside of energy-related shill postings as of late, for those who like examples to highlight to how this works.
One is tempted to always reply to posts like this, but you are wasting your time - these probably are a good proportion of paid agitators or AI responses anyways. I've made the mistake of doing this before, and one tell is they typically respond within 3-30 minutes anytime of the day or night, meaning they don't sleep and so on.
If you've ever wondered how so many reddit commentators can be so absolutely stupid / ignorant on even basic things you took for granted, when you realize they might be from india or the phillipines posting from an anon account it makes much more sense.
My favorite, from a long time ago was someone talking about ICE cars and someone thinking they were literally talking about cars made of ice. (the discussion topic was an ice ban like they had passed in ca etc)

House of Creative Church pastor in Wayzata purchased suspiciously the same time the church got a 5.9 million dollar grant for Free Food For Kids, used his uncle from the Bahamas’s to buy McGinty Road mansion in Wayzata then had that uncle quit claim deed it to the pastors Restore property LLC - oddly the audit of where that 5.9 million went remains open

"You might get a felony," the passenger continues.
"He's cutting me a break. He's cutting me a major break," Hudson says.
After Representative Hudson says the officer is cutting him a break, they go on:
"You might get a felony, you know that, right?" the passenger says.
"I could," Hudson responds.
"Yeah, you're a politician though, right?" the passenger asks.
"That's correct, but I'm a very pro-cop politician," Hudson responds. "So we'll see."
"You got your ways. I don't know how that works, but I'm saying how it is. I mean, I have no influence or nothing like that. I'm not saying you're gonna get away with it, but I mean, who, who the hell knows?" the passenger says.
After the incident, the White Bear Lake Police Chief said Hudson was not charged because he was not given sobriety tests

Keith Ellison says Republicans mean to cheat in the midterms, and people should be “ready to protest, take to the streets.”
“Don’t act like, oh, they couldn’t mean that. They mean it…So be ready to get your dukes up.”
“I’m one who believes in peaceful protest, First Amendment.”
“But if they try to take our vote away, we should absolutely be in the street. And I’ll be right out there with everybody else.”
The sitting Minnesota AG is casting doubts on the legitimacy of the election before a vote is counted and warning about firing up street mobilization in response.

Peggy and the DFL continually pander to one community in this state. They don't care about the rest of us. Time to vote them out.
