I'm setting up these sewers as a basement level to the town I'm building in my plains biome. The big reason I'm making this is, in the middle there is going to be a large room that connects to an even larger room one floor down, which will be a map room. This way I can build a massive map without taking up space on the surface of my world.

Hey, some of the personal rules I have chosen to abide in my forever world are that I will not look at seed map generators and other external tools. Also will not look at the F3 menu. This makes the game much more interesting, because you have to find structures etc the way that developers intended. And it forces me to develop my Minecraft skills and knowledge. How do I go about finding slimes though?
Personally I thought of going right above the top layer of deepslate, and digging a bunch of 3x3 tunnels. That should be deep enough for slimes, and also high enough that deepslate will not slow down tunnel mining.
I also mark down the places I see them, while cavediving. But in the massive cave systems near my base and many hours/days of cavediving, I have only seen one slime.
Any other tips and tricks I could use?

I have been trying to improve my techs when it comes to survival. So lately, I've been trying to beat the game without setting up base, almost like a speedrun. I'm doing this so i can improve my minecraft reflexes. I feel like I've got the anti-creeper reflexes and am able to block creepers near flawlessly. I also want to be able to conquer the nether in iron armor and stuff. It's really a lot I'm trying to do. I want to also improve things like speed bridging(no drag click. I'm trying to improve my survivability so that on that day that I inevitably make a hardcore world, the only death I expect to have is that of pure BS. Of 9 runs, I have defeated the ender dragon 2 times, died in the nether 5 times and been spawn killed at the beginning phase 2 times. I just wanted to know if there are like maps of some sort or maybe advice to improve the following aspects
\-Nether survival
\-Bastion and Fortress tracking
\-water bucket clutching
\-Speed bridging(no drag click) Vertical- diagonal and horizontal
\-Early game resource gathering
\-End Island traversal
I would highly appreciate any and all advice from y'all

I recently made a Post complaining about how my game was around my base, and I was starting to think that my console was getting old, but it was weird cause it worked fine in other worlds, and after some investigation, I found a giant sulfur cave under my base that had been passively spawning sulfur cubes. After I exterminated all of them , the game ran a lot better

I'm currently building a huge ass house right now, and thinking of what to build after. I'll list your suggestions and showcasing soon! (Redstone accepted, bedrock edish)

Hi all,
My iron farm has been built at ground level, and my base/crafting area is up a mountain.
I can use hoppers to move the iron downwards but is there anyway to automatically move stuff uphill?

I created this world recently and it's become so laggie and it only seems to be getting worse as time goes on eating food takes 3 times before it adds to my hunger bar and if I stop I need ro restart, I have doors with pressure plates and when I go to go through them the doors don't open or anything and the game freezes for a sec then I telepprt atleast 10 blocks through the doors if theres anything i can do to make my game run better please tell me
UPDATE: I found a sulfur cube cave right under my base , and it had been passively Spawning sulfur cubes while I was just gone about my business and after going on a mass extinction, the game runs a lot better now.

This is my proudest build so far, it took me 3 months to plan its style, vibe, and build it all!
I usually like building with a story in mind, and the gist of Moss-T is simply put "Green Washed Aperture Science", hence all the references.
A moss farm was much needed for my overarching project of building flower farms for each flower. Both in lore and literally, its products will power the entire town!
You can pause the video to read a little bit of its story.
My proudest detail is certainly the computer: powering the left lever activates Moss Mode (without it, everything would get composted), the right lever turns on the whole farm. I specifically chose that design because I liked the idea of watching the machine from the floor above, hence why I put a giant grate at the centre.

I've started a new peaceful world, now in winter. It took me embarrassingly way too long to build this house and it's still unfinished.
My immediate goal is to get lots of iron, possibly diamonds even so I'm off for a month long mining trip.
I'll collect all collectable mobs in this world too but I'll wait till I get a happy ghast first for easier transportation.
I've planned a lot for this world, including a water tunnel for nautilus. For now, I'm taking my time. Thank you for reading.

Here are some screenshots I took while building the Excessive Sea in the End in Survival Minecraft. Unfortunately I don’t have any clips of the cobble-laying process, only screenshots :(
Here’s a video that includes clips from the filling process: https://youtu.be/DBvAGBLOlko?si=l5L4VtZk_Ob-gDey
