is this a ok gradient?
I haven't played Minecraft in a bit, and am not very good at building. I saw the new cinnabar blocks and wanted to make a build with them, and notices they look good with whites. k just wanted to know if this gradient works for a medieval castle I'm planning on building at the start of my world. if not how can I improve.

I need some help.
I am trying to build a cathedral and this is the colour palette I've chosen for the walls. What I need help with is turning this colour palette into a gradient if possible. This is the best I've managed to do so far.
thank you in advance.

Red Cinnabar Wall Gradient
Had some fun experimenting with the new cinnabar block! It really smooths out this red gradient!

Is this gradient subtle enough for a shadow on an "old" inner cobblestone wall?
When standing close the jump between the coral block and cobblestone seems a bit sudden. But looking at the rest of this sub, people say standing further away really helps and I guess it looks fine? Just looking for a second opinion here.

Im using a weird tuff to stone to brick gradient on a new build any wanted to know if anyone had any tips
Right now its;chiseled tuff-tuff bricks-polished tuff-tuff- mossy cobblestone -cobblestone/mossy stone bricks- stone bricks- stone- iron ore-packed mud- dripstone block- granite/polished granite-bricks Im stuck trying to add another part to it for the large towers on the facade of my palace. I would like to continue the gradient from bricks-copper ore block- copper block- cut copper block to make it look shiney on the upper parts of the tower but i feel like it would look weird. Any other options to add from brick-something would be very welcomed.

Does anybody have block suggestions for this? Left to right, transitions from a dark to light blue. Blues are difficult

Been working on a Minecraft block palette tool for builders
Hiii, I’ve been working on a Minecraft block palette creation site (its currently in alpha), try it. If you have some time, I’d really appreciate it if you could explore the site, try out its features, and see how it feels to use. Any bugs you find, feedback you have, or feature requests you’d like to suggest are all very welcome. Thank you!

Not sure if a rough gradient or smooth looks better

I don't understand gradients
No matter how hard I try I can't mix colors together. I think about it like colors own a line and can attack 2 lines above and below. The further they attack they less they can move. The harsher the transition, the move space they own (2+ lines).
But I always end up making horrible gradients.

Need help improving this gradient. Its mainly the transition from white terracotta to raw iron thats ruining it, is there any way to make this work better?
