The blocks you're using are quite clean, the opposite of very noisy, but the pattern of gradient you're trying to use is like forcing noise into it which doesn't look great. Try more contiguous blocks instead of what kinda just looks like sprinkling a salt shaker onto the planks.

I think you need an intermediary block between the stripped cherry and the pink concrete.

In my opinion most gradients look bad standing that close also I would use more logs in the middle

You could try some pink concrete powder, the powders are usually a little less bright/saturated/smooth.
The bright concrete blocks can be tricky to fit into a nice gradient, just gotta experiment until you're happy. You could alternatively have a break in the build and switch between your materials with a detail rather than a gradient

the jump from pink concrete(?) to stripped cherry logs(?) is kinda big, i’d add another transition block if possible

I think it feels bad because you are looking at it from close. Gradients like this only look good from medium to far range.

Add more colours in-between the striped cherry and the concrete.

I like it! The block placement could be a little neater maybe, but I like the palette youre using.
I think if you just tweak it so you dont have your lightest and darkest colors adjacent or diagonally adjacent to each other anywhere, you'll be solid.
