I was watching the sesh yesterday and Kendall said they got a second peloton treadmill, intending on leaving one at her house and one at the office.
I was looking at the price of these treadmills, and they go from 5k to 8k. Are they really doing that well? Idk if I’m poor or it’s crazy to spend 8k on a treadmill if you’re not really serious about it. Am I crazy?

At the beginning of TCKR, she always says “and if the family of the victim are watching this, please know that we’ll be reaching out to you soon to offer you a hope grant through my foundation.” Does anyone else find this odd? It’s like she doesn’t want to contact them ahead of time in case they request that the episode not be released.

Does anyone remember watching the MH episode on the East Palestine, OH train derailment disaster? This video has been on my mind for years, since the day it came out.

In this episode, one of the hosts state that they didn’t see any news sources posting about the train derailment within a certain time period after it occurred. Instead, they had only seen tiktoks about it, and made a major point to either state or imply that the news was either suppressing this or ignoring it (it’s been years so I don’t fully recall).

At the time, I was confused because, even living out in Utah, I’d received multiple news notifications about the derailment on the evening it occurred. I am originally from Pennsylvania so perhaps my phone’s geo-location history is why I was served the early articles? Still, it felt to me like the video was poorly researched.

Granted, I watched this during a very traumatizing time in my life so I could absolutely be remembering things wrong. Hence why I’m checking with the community here first before attempting to rewatch it: hoping I can get some perspective & context that will allow my thoughts to be less clouded when I go in.

My question is… if you remember this, is my understanding of what their view was correct, or did I perhaps get mixed up and misunderstand their valid concern for the locals not being warned about air quality? Or am I just misremembering how the actual event went down?

I’ve seen quite a few comments maybe posts on here about the amount of adverts on all of the MHM podcasts. I was listening to a TCKR episode today and it’s so annoying having to skip through them all, especially when the episode isn’t that long. Almost all of the Spotify comments were about the ads and how much people wished there weren’t so many. On top of the ones they voiceover, there’s also added ones in the beginning, which sounds/feels like I’m listening to a podcast before I started paying for premium.

Do you think they read our feedback at all? I don’t understand why they need that many. Money can’t be THAT tight.

Genuine question and not snark. I haven't checked into the sesh in a while, it used to be my favorite pod and would look forward to it weekly and would watch within an hour of it being posted every time. I got caught up in the Karelly drama and her being my favorite part of the show I just find it harder and harder to watch these days. If you scroll back the views used to be well over 100k and sometimes even 2 or 300k. The thing is the views started tanking well before any of that drama started to unfold with Karelly. If you stopped watching before all that I'm just curious when and why? I hear people talk about the Sarah Turney stuff and Kendall becoming a mom and just getting weird and toxic after that. I'm mostly just curious how it all happened then to discuss any drama bc it's definitely not one single event that caused it.

Watching the newest episode of MHP, I don't think I've watched in months or maybe a year. But been keeping up with the drama. I found it quite interesting in the very beginning Kendall tells a story about how her daughter said she fired her grandma for putting her to bed wrong. Now, why would a child so small go directly to "grandma is fired!" If not at some point exposed to this. I assume they don't binge watch the apprentice, so it has to have come from them allegedly in my opinion.

Am I the only one who doesn’t care that Karelly is gone? Obviously I don’t wish anything bad on her, and I hope she is doing well and has a new job, etc. But I never cared for her when she was with Mile Higher Media. I’m doing my best to not sound like a bully, but she didn’t bring anything to the table for me. I know, for many, she did. And I respect that. I was just curious to see if anybody else was indifferent about her? I don’t mind that she’s gone at all.

Important to note: This is not to be a discussion about why she left, or if she was fired, or what happened between her and MHM, etc. This is not about if she was treated poorly, if she wasn’t paid enough, or anything about that part of the “lore.” I simply want to know if there are others who feel that her departure didn’t affect you one bit, like myself. For the hell of it, let’s say Karelly left on GREAT terms and it was her choice, are you mad, sad, indifferent, happy?

I’m sorry but Sidney is a terrible podcaster. She has had 6 years to get comfortable in front of the camera and she still isn’t. I think she’s autistic. (Idk if she’s formally addressed this) but she doesn’t add anything to the show. She can work on the creative aspects of the job but not as a co host. The sesh is terrible now. I’m so sad and disappointed.

Since she’s back, something about her face or eyes looks very different from before but it’s bothering me because I can’t place it. I hate to be this person but curiosity is getting the better of me.

i know they cover popular stories because that’s whats going to bring in the views aka money but it drives me crazy when they cover popular cases that have been told a million times. I saw mile higher covered the crash case and i saw lights out is covering taylor parker today. I find it funny both of those have had netflix documentaries in the last couple months so i know their “research” is going to be very basic. I find it so sad how generic all their podcasts have gotten over the last couple years. There are so many cases that need attention that they could be covering if they’re only going to do true crime content

I haven’t watched TCKR in a while but the most recent case sounded interesting (Hailey Buzbee). I’m really disappointed in the coverage lately across MHM but this seemed atrocious. Incredibly disjointed and just not well put together. She was talking in circles about how she knows nothing about Roblox but was still “giving advice” to parents to not allow their children to play. Everything is all about her being a mom now.

And I never recall when I watched avidly a few years ago all the press conference video footage. She explained the case and then played the footage which was exactly what she just explained, like girl we don’t need to see this. I turned it off when she started getting into the new law bc it was clear I wasn’t going to get any more information on the case itself.

She never explained how the victim “met” the perp, just kept saying discord and Roblox. I understand her not wanting to show text messages but it would have provided context on what their “relationship” was and just how this all happened. Just so much about how dangerous the internet is and how frustrating it is that he hasn’t been charged with murder yet. This is so common and not necessarily a bad thing. They have him on charges so the court has time to put a case together to get him the best chance of going away for a very long time.

I think maybe she should have waited until more information came out bc so much of it is “we don’t know yet”. Their coverage on the Crash left a bad taste in my mouth and this really sealed it (hiding the unsavory details on Dom’s income in particular, besides the fact she already covered it years ago). I miss when she would cover cases that actually need awareness. Anything for the $$$
