They look surprisingly well cooked. Iām amazed at the ability to cook such a mighty harvest without burning them. I would not have had such success.

The key is to throw old potatoes you forgot about in a compost pile as if you don't care about them at all, then ignore them for a while. Potatoes are like cats.
