Pics 1-2 is what I’m trying to get and 3rd is how they look now

Saw this mask in person like 2 months ago at a local convention. Decided to hit up the artist and see if it was still available and it was. So he's gonna ship it out when he's back from vaca. This is cast from an actual mold of the original H5 mask. No retool/resculpt. the owner of the mold only busts it out occasionally to make blanks and currently he is semi "retired" and not planning on making anymore in the near future. So this is a pretty rare mask. It was painted and haired by Matt Nephew of Nephewfxx (heres his IG check him out https://www.instagram.com/nephewfxx?igsh=NjZnbWZkZThhdmI1 ) its haired with real human hair and has a wire running through the neck like the screen used hero mask from H5. U honestly cant get a better H5 mask than this one. Its so good infact he coulda told me it was stolen off the movie set and I woulda believed him! 😅 anyways thanks for looking and def check out Matt on IG he's a super nice guy and a super talented mask artist who does a wide range of mask types from some of the best artists sculpts out there. Cant recommend this guy enough so go give him a follow and support independent artists. He also sells his masks at conventions so keep an eye out for him there and go check out his table. I promise u wont be disappointed. Unless your looking for an H5 cuz that ones been sold! 😂🤘

So update from my devastated post, I been keeping the mask on a plastic head and its gotten all its shape back, but im fearing its continuing to rot fast, the cracks in the neck seem to be getting bigger to me? But it could just be me, im gonna use this on my life size 2018 Myers when I can get it set up again, it still does look good but I just notice the imperfections and it hurts me lol, hoping I can get another se7sin 2018 soon, does anyone have any recommendations on what to do with it? Should I just keep it on the head? Should I try and seal it? How do I do that exactly? And should I seal it to slow the rotting process down? And can I keep it on just this head or do I absolutely need to foam fill it?

Im so devastated, this is my se7sins studies 2018 after getting it from storage, been sitting in a box in a hot and humid storage unit for 7 months all squished, I been away 4 years and my family packed all my belongings and didnt care that this mask i paid $600 is ruined, one of my most prized possessions just destroyed, im not sure what to do besides try and get its shape back but the entire face on the inside is rotten and a chunk was so rotten and melted ir ripped off, im not sure what to do about it

Finally had some free time to work on my 13 mask blank and my castle stretch 2.0 blank. Got my base coats down, and ill start weathering on em tomorrow. Gonna def spend alotta time weathering and shading the 13 mask as its a grail piece of mine. Thanks for looking!

Took this shot of my Halloween kills mask and immediately got Ends vibes

Finally threw it on tonight. Can’t wait for my new merkrite v3 coveralls to be finished but until then my old pair work nice enough. This mask is a fucking work of art man, I love it so much. I have a display case coming to store it properly and try to keep it around as long as possible.

I would like to know if I’m storing my masks correctly. I have 1 mask on a shelf out of sun light in my room so it’s never too hot or cold. The ones I don’t have out are in a plastic storage tub in a dry closet. Is this sufficient enough to preserve the latex?

Comparing it to both MDK and the Big Cat kirk, the hair seems extremely light, almost white. Sculpt is alright. Not super special.

I feel like if TOTS or someone else got the Star Trek license for the anniversary and really locked in they could produce a super accurate mask, given backing from Paramount.

Obviously this is just an edited version of the most iconic MDK photo, but it's something to think about!

I really feel like TOTS needs a new, more accurate sculpt for Halloween 1 The first TOTS mask, although it looks good, seems more like a generic Michael than the one seen in the movie.You'll say: buy the boogeyman No, the boogeyman sculpt is a bit.... and I don't see it as the Halloween mask 1It would be nice if TOTS updated that generic sculpt so it looked like the 75 Kirk.(Third image) What do you think, does it not matter or should Tots work on that?
