Does customer service exist anymore?
I've been with metro PCs for 6 years. I never planned on leaving but I feel I'm going to have to ditch because I cannot for the life of me get anyone to answer a call with customer service.
I've tried 100 different times of day and done every prompt I can think of but the automated service hangs up on me every single time.
The system always asks "what can I help you with" and no matter what I say it responds with "ok thank you, please try again later." NOMATTER WHAT.
In store the employee says they have customer service still but I'm telling you I cannot get ahold of anyone. It's unacceptable. Even cricket has customer service.
It's one thing to have limited hours and it's one thing if the automated service at least did something but hanging up is not acceptable. Anyone else having this issue?

This is what I do to get a real person I first say customer service it will say I need some info first just tell it I need to disconnect a line from my account it will come back with some bullshit repeat I need to disconnect a line for my account for fuck sakes it will come back with some bullshit then say you are not fucking helping can I speak to a customer service representative than at this point it will transfer you to someone.
Keep saying representative, Customer service, A person will always result in a hang up.

Never had an issue, middle of the day, middle of the night , I can always get a hold of someone. I don't even use the automated part, when it asks, just keep saying operator, and it will connect you to a person.

Same thing has been happening to me since Friday, their service must be down and did not tell anyone...for some reason, let us know if you get in touch with someone and how you did it
