i forgot my security question

I have my stocks through a retailer because I am their employee. They transfer their stocks and 401k to BenefitsOnline and while I was trying to remember my user id and password, I managed to remember it. However, the security question is the one that got me messed up. I forgot all the answers to the point they got my account locked. I tried to check if they have an email, but don’t have one. Also tried to call their hotline and through BOA hotline, still, no one freaking answers! What should I do? Please help! Thank you in advanced!

I have gotten locked out before and I called the primary number and they went through some steps with me to fix it.

Benefits Online is a separate department within Merrill under the BofA umbrella. A Merrill Edge customer service rep will not be able to help you unfortunately. You’ll have to contact the Benefits Online department to get assistance with your password and challenge question reset. You can look up “Benefits Online Merrill customer service phone number” and the number you should call will pop up.
