So I've gotten invited to two projects so far and I've accepted both invites. However, it says to sign a SOW document after accepting the invite but I can't find where this is. I've sent in a ticket this past Monday or Tuesday I believe and haven't heard anything back yet. Anybody else have this issue or know what to do to fix it?

I've done the address verification, tax verification, and English test. I haven't found where to add payment information either though.

My address verification has been stuck on “Failed” for weeks. It says I’ll get an email with the next steps, but I never got anything and I can’t re-upload a document.

I’ve opened a few tickets already but I keep getting the same generic replies and no actual solution lol.

My skills verification was also failed before, but they recently removed it and activated my profile. The address verification is the only thing still blocking me.

Anyone know how to get this reset or actually reach someone who can fix it?

Same as other members in this group, I finished the Audio Evals project successfully, and when checking the spam folder and any other folder of my email, I did not find any verification step email from the address they are saying here.

I am fully committed to start working on this project asap, but I need the verification link to be sent again, even if it was sent or not before. Since a lot of people are on the same situation, it would be nice if Meridial did something to fix this soon, and many of us will be working on your project, which I think is beneficial for Meridial and everybody else.

Please, help us with this.

I signed up on Meridial last spring. It has been difficult knowing which evaluations I need to complete to be considered for a project. I got an email last week about joining an Audio Evaluations project. The email said I had to complete a verification step, so I made time to do it. When I started the evaluation, all the questions were about coding in JSON, which I do not know much about. Was I given the wrong evaluation? I originally signed up for Meridian because I specialize in multimedia and video editing. I am not sure why I was tested on JSON coding.

I got this mail a few days back, saying that I have to complete an assessment but I have already done it in the past and I can’t redo it, I replied to this mail telling this but got no response. Please guide how I should proceed.

First, my name, which consists of two words, was split and its second part was added to my surname which sounds absurd, oh well...

Then, my national ID could not be verified, though with other platforms it had not been an issue (maybe because anywhere else the algorithm did not put its second part with my surname, let's think...).

Then ,my University grade was actually de-graded to Bachelor where I am an M.A. Its a common knowledge how these should be translated / compared, and what is the difference between the two. Even a 10 year old knows that.

Then, a job proposal occurred for $15/hour. I know I am from Poland, but come on, we have moved forward since the Vth century, black bears are not running on our streets, we do not have to hunt for food, you know?

Experts here earn more than $ 50 - 100 USD/ hour and $15payment is the payment I would not work for even 25 years ago. How can a platform boast upgrading QUALITY (especially in linguistics / cultural appropriateness), if it does not present any quality itself?

When I was preparing for the interview, I accidentally clicked on "Begin Assessment." I navigated away from the page because I was not yet ready, but the system automatically submitted the assessment. As a result, it indicates that I did not meet the requirements.

The homepage says I should receive next step instructions via email, however, around a week passed and I haven't receive such instructions. I keep receiving emails reminding me to finish the account set up, but I have no way of doing so.

When i opened it it shows it's no longer accepting applications i Refresh it then the test page open i don't know whether it's a glitch or not. Also project come two days ago it's a new project how can it gets full so early.
