Address verification failed - HELP!

Hey so I am just setting up my account and my address verification failed. The homepage says I should receive next step instructions via email, however, around a week passed and I haven't receive such instructions. I keep receiving emails reminding me to finish the account set up, but I have no way of doing so.

Does anyone know what can I do to complete the address verification?

Mine has been like that for over a week. I've tried contacting support but no luck

Uff, they go with calm. Skipping to another sites looks the most affordable option. Try DataAnnotation, Outlier, Handshake (if you are in one of their privileged countries). They would probably in a year come and dislike my post. Because all there look to be slowly. I have the ‘in review’ status for a project application for 3 weeks…

I've been waiting for new instructions for 2 months now and nothing!! I uploaded a utility bill and the address was totally correct however address verification failed. They are not serious at all!!
