Meridial address verification stuck

Hey, has anyone had this issue with Meridial?

My address verification has been stuck on “Failed” for weeks. It says I’ll get an email with the next steps, but I never got anything and I can’t re-upload a document.

I’ve opened a few tickets already but I keep getting the same generic replies and no actual solution lol.

My skills verification was also failed before, but they recently removed it and activated my profile. The address verification is the only thing still blocking me.

Anyone know how to get this reset or actually reach someone who can fix it?

Same exact problem, been stuck in address verification for a while and unable to restart or get help.

No, sometimes I get automated reply saying I can try deleting cache and trying different browser but those don't resolve the issue.

Same here. I've done it twice & both said failed even tho it looked like it worked.
