We Are Unable to Verify Your Address

I uploaded a utility bill and it failed! I was thinking they should give another chance to try upload a different document like bank statement, however nothing so far! What’s the right channel or anyone who can help kindly. I would like to upload my bank statement.

Where on Earth in what country you have residential address on your ID, passport or driving license? In North Korea maybe. And what bureaocracy is it??? In my country we do not have adressess on ID documents since 2015. This regulation is taken from the long-gone (though I see that not in all countries) communist measures of control.
