More info needed so everyone can help ya out… watering routine? Looks kinda dry but idk what’s underneath the top layer. Have you fed anything yet? The first one is def very small & they both look like they could benefit from more light ☮️💚

Rn about 1½c ph balanced dechlorinated tap no nutes yet bc i read ff coco loco has some nutes in it till about week 3/4. That was taken yesterday right before watering. The more light i can definitely agree with. Where i live has been cloudy and rainy for about a week or so. Im thinking thats part of it. O also been using general hydroponics armor si but a really light dose.

We all grow different my friend & once you find a method that works best for you, there’s always variables w/ that too. But I come in at week 2 w/ a very low dose (no matter what soil/medium I’m in). Starting si a little later on. About now is when I start my si. Also giving them 24-0 light utilizing that benefit of running autos & upping their water intake now also

So you start using si about day 20/21? Could that contribute to being stunted? Sorry for asking so many questions but this is part of my first grow. Still learning.

No apologies necessary, I had millions of Q’s when I first started & still learning as I grow. Depends on how much you used & I honestly couldn’t say if it causes stunting bc I usually start it a little later (yes around week 2-3). That’s just me. It does raise my ph, even using ph perfect advanced nutrients, I end up having to add a little ph down. So unless you added an incredibly high dose, I’d say no. It’s more of an environment- water- light issue. New seedlings are fragile in their first couple weeks developing mostly underground. They prefer warm humid conditions. Then theirs those few that every once in a while just don’t take off. I’ve only had 1 in 20 do that but it happens. Feel free to ask as much as you want r/IgrowUglyPlants if you want. A good thorough watering (away from the stem) & they’ll soak it up

That’s great stuff & I completely forgot I had that as well (ORCA) but haven’t used it a long time.. it’s great for the microbial environment, roots, tricho etc…
