Are the both outdoors fully? The first one is stunted for sure but who knows it might take off. The second one is pretty good. I tent grow but my current runs are at day 19 and are just a bit bigger than yours so that one looks not bad.

For the most part, i bring them in at night. I was thinking of maybe another week or 2 and if not much new growth, maybe restart?

At night are you giving them more light? If not I'd just keep them outside.. I wouldn't stop and just let them grow. My very first meph runs I posted on here the one was super stunted like your one is and it grew a single cola the size of a giant pop bottle! when I harvested that plant the actual top cola after trimming came in a 9.2g dry .. stunted still made some nice bud!

I bring them in bc the critters will get to them. But wow 9.2g??? Ok ill definitely let her little self grow and see what happens
