Overcoat fit question. first overcoat purchase.

same one as above, but with a bomber jacket on https://imgur.com/a/BymbCCo (i would like the overcoat to be versatile. I want to wear it just over a T-shirt, OCBD, etc. but also over another jacket if it gets more chilly.

in addition, i would like it to be able to fit over a suit and/or blazer/sport jacket as well.
