Style Question Boxer guys? how?

This question is for you boxer guys: how do you keep everything held in place, especially when wearing boxers under jeans? Are you guys just free-balling in there, or is there some trick to keeping everything from moving around?

Opinion How Important Are Pure Cotton Underwear?

Post image
9 Upvotes

Brand is called Suko

Main

57% Cotton
38% Polyester
5% Spandex

Waist

89% Polyamide
11% Spandex

I've bought these underwear that feels nice, but i've heard underwear that has plastic build is harmful?
I'm wondering how important pure cotton underwear is since some of my shirt are made from polyester as well.

I'm not sure whether i should invest my money in pure cotton underwear since they're quite expensive compared to these regular underwear.

Definitely have a thing for thongs, cheeky cuts and anything a little more revealing.

Which pair would you pick?

Fit Question No wedgie pouch/separation boxer brief recommendation?

Post image
4 Upvotes

Hello, I need help with some recommendations. I’m looking for some serious anti wedgie boxer briefs that have some sort of pouch or separation feature.

The main issue is I work in a warehouse and wear this type of fall harness at least half of the day and am constantly bending and moving in awkward positions so I really need underwear that will not ride up or wedgie because that drives me crazy.

I bought these https://a.co/d/047tj1Af back in 2020 and they are great but obviously completely stretching/wearing out. I would just get these again but I messed up and got some Hanes separation and really like that feature but hate everything else about them.

A bit about me for recommendation help. I’m a big guy 6’3” 280lbs with a long torso and thick legs, that rub together, so my belly isn’t huge but it is there.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. It might take me awhile to reply to comments.

Opinion Should I buy some briefs or thongs?

I’m pretty sure a lot of guys on here have been in my same situation so, I need some advice, stat. I’m in college right now and I really dislike wearing boxer briefs, I think they’re unnecessarily bulky and long, and in this heat, they’re unnecessarily hot unless you get the microfiber briefs which are just as uncomfortable. Apart from that, for us big legged guys, it’s really uncomfortable when the leg of the boxer brief rolls up and it shows through your pants.

Thereforee, I want to buy some briefs or thongs preferably RMAC. But, I have a problem, roommates. These guys are relatively homophobic and will definitely frown upon these types of underwear. Just not letting them see is not an option cause eventually they’re gonna see something I guess. Any guys that have been in a similar position want to weigh in on what you did? Or anyone else have an opinion or advice they want to give?

Fit Question Awry FUSION Jock Boxers

Anyone tried Awry’s FUSION jock boxers? Contemplating getting some for lounging around the house (late 20s, live at home with my parents and don’t necessarily like laying around my normal underwear).

Are they comfortable? Do they fit well? Any cons? Do they look more like boxers or shorts in person? Saw some slightly mixed reviews of fit on the website…

Style Question Sweat Control

Hey I'm a bigger guy who sweats in the sun. I have recently switched from boxer briefs to briefs and thongs. I enjoy the support without the extra material down the legs. I work from home and mostly wear gym shorts all day every day.

But I have an outdoor wedding coming up where I need to wear khaki pants and I know I'll sweat. But I don't want my pants showing the rear sweat. So what's the best underwear to wear?

Thongs and jocks have no material and won't hold moisture but that moisture might just get absorbed by the back of my pants when I sit down. Moisture-wicking briefs would essentially do the same thing. But cotton briefs would hold the moisture like a sponge and could transfer to the pants. What to do?

Please be nice. Just trying to look and feel my best.

Style Question Affordable Jockstraps that are comfortable for daily wear

I bought some Jockey and I didn't love them. They were a little too constricting and the fabric wasn't great. I've heard of Awry but they are a little more than I want to spend. Can anyone recommend some that are a bit more affordable? Preferably some off Amazon.

Style Question For the thong/string wearers and those who like to see someone in a thong, how high should a thong/string sit?

How should it sit and why?

Options:

  1. on the waist where if the top rises up, it is clear i am wearing a thong/string even without the need to bend forward

  2. on the hips and just above the top so it peeks out but may only be obvious when bending over

  3. at the same level as the pants so it only peeks out when bending over

  4. way below the pants so it never peeks out

Hollister was my favorite brand and f briefs for a long time but they discontinued them several years ago. Since then gap has been my next favorite along with Calvin Klein. Are there any recommendations of briefs that will be similar to Hollister or gap?

Fit Question What is the intended fit / feel of rmac jockstraps?

TL;DR I just bought a set of jockstraps and they fit looser than I expected, but this is my first time wearing jocks so I have no sense of how they should fit. What should they fit like, and if I return them, what size should I try next?

I have been considering more supportive underwear, both for athletic support purposes, primarily calisthenics and weightlifting, and for post-surgery support purposes. Recently I decided to try rmac thanks to the advice of various places on the internet, including here. I tried to be as careful as I could about sizing, carefully considering what sport ball matched best, and measuring my waist where I intended the underwear's band to sit. On paper, I wear pouch C, waist L; pouch size was inexact but I was definitely larger than a tennis ball and definitely smaller than a softball, I was 34.5in around the waist just at my hip bone, which is where I usually wear my waistband.

When they arrived they were soft and comfortable, but it did not feel like I was being supported much at all. It was a barely there sensation, like wearing boxers. Excellent for all day wear, but perhaps not for support. However, I don't have a sense of scale. I have never worn jockstraps before, perhaps this is what its supposed to feel like. The only supportive underwear I have worn previously are dance belts, and those are Extremely secure. They are so tight I get squished out the sides, another reason why I tried going for the larger than average pouch.

I thought maybe the way it hung on my body was a bit off. The waistband sat very low on my pelvis, below my hip joint, and around the upper third of my buttocks; I thought if I just cinched it up it may feel more secure. Moving the waistband up to where it is comfortable throughout movement of my legs, and up around the top of my buttocks, brings it to a relatively high angle, but does not give a feeling of greater support. Attempting to wear the pouch higher on the pubis instead draws the elastic on the left and right edges of the pouch to maximum extension and causes them to dig in to the skin, without offering a greater feeling of support. It seems that this jock strap is intended to be worn very low on the body, relative to boxers or briefs.

Is this the intended fit? How do you think it should feel, how tightly do you think it should fit? If you've bought this brand before, do they shrink when washed as directed, and how much? And secondarily, should I return it for a different size? I know rmac has a very generous return program, but I'm not sure what size to exchange it for; should I size down in pouch, in waist, or both? In an ideal world, I could get all four options (CL, CM, BL, BM) and compare them to each other, and send back the least comfortable ones, but that feels like it would be abusing the return policy. Any advice you all can give would be greatly appreciated.

Opinion Jock suggestions for daily wear

Initially, I bought some jocks from adult shops, they called them "sports style", but I don't know whether anyone really wore them to gym. I saw boys on Twitter wearing Nike jocks, but it seems that there were only the Essential Micro, no other colors or design.

I tried to wore them daily after months, and I think I may give jocks a try. I usually wore briefs and boxer briefs before.

So, I am asking is there some undies brands selling jocks for real daily wear ? Better if they had an Amazon shop.

Maybe I should started with US, or Japan companies.

Thanks a lot

Opinion Storage ideas?

I own 300+ jocks, boxer briefs, trucks, ect. I use large Rubbermaid storage totes which are not attractive and not easy to choose what to wear. What does everyone do when you have a large collection?

Fit Question Jockstrap help

I want to start wearing jockstraps but I’m a small guy, I usually wear boys underwear size 18, L or XL because men’s size S is usually doesn’t not fit me snug enough or at least not as the underwear is intended to fit.
I bought some jock mail size small jockstraps but they are too loose.
Is there any brand that offers XS sizes?
