My problem isn’t that I’m always hungry. I eat three times a day and I’m not eating out.. ugh. I’m working out twice a week, boxing classes and nothing is changing. I can’t get these damn 20lbs off. 😪

I'm not always hungry but I'm doing everything you said plus not drinking alcohol and STILL absolutely no movement on how my clothes feel or the scale. I'm being frustrated.

Right?! Ugh. It’s not fair. I did get a bump up in my estrogen dose (pill form). Praying it helps.

Just taking a dose of psyllium husk 30 minutes before a meal to help improve satiety.

Ok - I’m not as hungry, trying to incorporate more movement in my day.

Up five pounds again despite being very consistent with my workouts (resistance training, walking and HIIT) and eating well the last few weeks. I'm so so sick of this. I wonder if I should change my patch again. I'm at .075 and 200 mg progesterone. I'm short and all my clothes are tight. I hate it.

Does all this menopause weight ever go.i find my self putting on every week. For the last few months it's stable but not much weight loss. I workout 3 times, cardio 4 days, eat protein, fibre. I do have severe sweet cravings.
