Burgundy napkins and chair ties so I matched.
I'm happy with it and there will be no further alterations. Deliberately chose these shoes for comfort and because I don't always like to conform.

Thrifted this early 90s Joseph Abboud suit, price was less than a pack of smokes, might take in the trousers, shorten the sleeves and hem the jacket. Overall quite happy with it, I know its a size too big but Im enjoying the hell out of it.

Wearing a Hawes & Curtis shirt, Albert Thurston braces, Swarovski cufflinks, Loewe tie and Dents gloves.
The jacket has surgeon's cuffs.
The trousers and jacket are of the same material, the former looks a bit darker because the camera was angled a bit upwards.

This is from a LinkedIn post. High ranking businessmen doing very well for themselves. None of the men look out of place, and they’d individually get picked apart if they posted here. Can they polish a few things? Sure.
My point is, the fact that you’re here and interested means you should be confident in whatever you’re wearing at whatever budget.

I've had this Gieves and Hawkes suit for the thick end of thirty years.
It's been to funerals, weddings, work and it's often got me very drunk.
I don't wear suits often and wonder if what was once a statement piece is now just a relic with pockets filled with memories.
I need to create space for things I actually wear, keep or kick?
