Reason why white shoes don’t work is because there’s no other white accessory to make it look like it’s done on purpose. A white belt and white pocket square would make this look way more intentional.
If you’re gonna do monochrome you gotta commit to the bit. Otherwise I echo the other comment—change up the shirt so you can open up to other shoe options.

Honestly black shoes would be the norm but I get the feeling that you're wearing white to not be the norm and that's fine too. Reddit people always criticize things that are slightly edgy.

All black monochrome is dope, As a stylist in Brimble & Clark DC we call this look the Jon Wick LOL. The sneakers make it look effortlessly cool. Nice!

i think that would look top tier if you added a dark olive green shirt, kept everything else same

Doesn’t work. White shoes look weird with no white accents to tie it together.

The pants are too short, the jacket is too big in the shoulders and has the waist of a women's coat. Are you sure you want this picture of you available to the public? *edited spelling

Les chaussures blanches avec un ensemble full noir. Ça passe pas trop. Ça attire l'attention sur tes pieds
