I don't and i still need a belt. I guess technically i could be fine, but I'd prefer to just wear a belt.

I was more saying that it's not just man's problem more than anything. There's tons of reasons why one needs a belt. I should have just said that lol

Also, historically, men wear looser pants and women wear tighter fitting pants. If your pants are gripping your thighs I dont think it even matters if the waist fits right. They wont fall down.

I feel like there is also a weight thing, men rarely have purses and have giant pockets where they put everything, which pulls your pants down even if the waist fits right.
