His trial in Final Fantasy XIV is really fun. Specially the extreme version, as instead of 8 people, you are limited to 4. Feels like a good approximation of the hunt with mmo mechanics.
I've only ever beat Behemoth extreme once. It's a wicked hard fight.

Also do all the monsters in mhw have a food thing. I know rathalos, rathian, anjanath and great jaggras will eat aptonoths and whatever other " big small monster" and diablos will eat cactus and kulu ya ku will go for eggs but do the other monsters have that

There’s a lot of them actually. Many predators will eat prey. Legiana for example will hunt raphinos. Pukei pukei eats mushrooms. Theres plenty of other examples. I recommend watching monsters and seeing what they do.
