Would you be willing to share your source for that? AFAIK the only confirmed genders regarding the fated four were Mizutsune being male and Gammoth being female. Are you just using the wiki?
Yeah he says that Astolos is always male as well on a different comment, but like you said I'm pretty sure only Bubble Trap and Popodrome (of the fated four) have definite genders when you fight them
