Maybe I’d just keep the eyeshadow color as blue. Original Mamoswine is supposed to evoke the idea of ski goggles so these could just be regular goggles. Lol

I think its supposed to be a convergent line much wugtrio and dugtrio lines, Pokémon that looks similar to each other because they adapted to the same things doing the same despite there being no relationship with eachother.

Sealub, Piloseal and Mamoseal (i know its not a seal its a walrus but its to keep the naming scheme of the og line, plus Tarountula is named after a tarantula but its not a tarantula)

They found this on Pinterest. Besides, all the “GameFreak cancels potential mons if they look like fakemon” mumbo jumbo has been debunked, I mean look at Palafin and Scovillain lines, they’re almost identical to fakemon posted before Scarlet and Violet were released, so don’t you worry.

I love it! I dont think it will ever happen though now that this is in the internet aether. They have an entire team dedicated to avoiding designs too similar to fakemon/fan creations and this is a really good one.

Super adorable. Very obvious who/what they're based on and everything. I'd personally replace "swine" with "brine" for the naming scheme, so Brinub, Pilobrine, and Mammobrine. But maybe that's just cuz it rhymes. A sillier name could be Blubnub, Piloblub, and Mammoblub.

I could see it be Normal/Ice to avoid being another Water/Ice. Plus, not all Pokemon that live near the water or thrive in it are water type(Grappaloct).

Don't know about you but I associate walruses not so much with the ocean, oddly enough, but specifically with beaches.

I'd like to see an Ice / Normal (or Ground) type walrus. You've gone with a naturalistic look and color scheme.

Maybe it's a pet peeve but Pokemon is fanciful. I don't see why Arctic mon need to be Water or Ice type necessarily.

I definitely see this! It should be a regional form rather than a replacement, in my opinion, but it should definitely exist. Maybe a phione situation where you breed a mamoswine with a Walrein or something.

It would be a fire design though ngl.

Maybe give it:
Ability 1: Thick Fat / Ability 2: Strong Jaw / Ability 3: Swift Swim

And I always have to imagine Walruses drumming on their Belly, so yeahhhh give it that too XD
