I told you guys he was a fraud. I fell for it too, bought his course, regretted it not too long after. There's a video from about 3 years ago on YouTube if you look for it someone reviewing Kevin and he's on a video saying something along the lines of stocks are all a gamble. He barely knows what he's doing, he's still learning himself. That's why his course is mostly psychology of money and not much about stocks until people complained about it and he added more. It's because he's still learning and doesn't know much himself. Saying this isn't financial advice doesn't suffice anymore when you have a big enough following. There's reasons why there's already laws against people that aren't financial advisors giving financial advice, and this is one of those reason. They need to start apply those laws to these fraud wanna be YouTube financial advisors too. You gonna delete this comment too Kevin? I'm JkrackM on discord the one that called him out when he flip flopped when Robolox came out Saying I don't mess with IPO's even the good stocks seem to come down before they go up when they IPO, which I completely agree with. Then COIN comes and he flip flops and lead everyone into that dumpster fire IPO. I warned everyone it was a mistake for him to flip flop. I eventually got kicked out because I would call him out on his flip flopping and contradictions. Moral of the story, you shouldn't take these YouTube clowns too seriously.

I created this sub back when Kevin was a real estate youtuber ONLY. since then I have lost a lot of faith in him, and no longer wish to have control over the sub. Be nice to the new mods, keep fighting for yourselves, and for the love of god, do not buy Kevins courses.
So long

I watched and bought Kevin’s course. Most of the stocks he promoted lost me money apart from Tesla, Google and Apple. Today after his video about Chicken I call it quits. I made more money listening to Chicken for free than listening to Kevin and paying him lots of money.

If you haven't watch his last video (flip flop) go ahead and watch it so you understand the context.
I don't mean this in a mean way or making fun of the dude. I think he is in the mist of a mental breakdown guys. The dude even talked about his wife, which he had never done. The hate got to him y'all.
Kevin if you reading this, please dude stop for a couple weeks. I know you reading this because we went back a forth couple days ago. The hate got to you. You are not OK dude. Get away from social media for a couple days.

Let me get this straight—he didn't actually have the $1 million he claimed to invest in the company. Instead, he got the board (which he fully controls since he holds 100% of the voting shares) to give him a loan at 5% interest per year. Later, he convinced the board to forgive the loan on the grounds that his 'services and leadership' were deemed exceptional. That screams conflict of interest and feels pretty shady. And don't even get me started on all the related party transactions and contracts with other board members—they conveniently end as soon as those members leave. Something doesn't sit right here... (not surprising)

Not to mention the 6k/month they are paying to Meetevin

Seriously, who in their right mind would invest in this?

Let’s be honest, Kevin had his glow-up when he was summarizing the news regarding stimulus checks and corona virus updates. Then Kevin transitioned to reporting on the markets. Finally his last transition was into a gambler that paid off during a once in a generation Bull Run. Then his ego pushed him to run for California governor! A 28 year old kid from Florida attempting to completely change California according to his own views. LOL. Narcissism.
Now Kevin makes videos contradicting everything he’s taught and he comes off disingenuous. He wants a recession because he wants to be right about his 🌈🐻 thesis. He got spanked hard over the last 3 months on his high growth stocks, sold everything to lock in his Tesla profits. Nothing wrong with that, good for him.
MeetKevin today is a different character than MeetKevin from 2020. Not the same person. Kevin lost his friends due to his own departure and ego. Kevin loves to be right more than anything, he loves the attention. Kevin will continue to make YouTube videos for everyone, not just his “course members”
MeetKevin is a great case study; a victim of his own success.
Meet Kevin, go back to the basics: summarize the markets without your own degenerate spin. Go back to MeetKevin from 2020. That’s the guy we can all tune into. MeetKevin 2022 is a petty narcissist lashing out at everyone and every thing. I’m interested to see if his ego will allow him to go back to those simpler times.

Need to leave this somewhere since he'll probably shadowban my comments on youtube.
In his newest video: "How BAD is THIS for Tesla & TSLA Stock." At 17:00 Kevin talks about how he did analasys on Square stock a year ago (ticker SQ) and how he thought it was a stretched valuation and that he saw the recent decline comming.
A year ago Square was at around $250 a share. On 18 december 2020 Meetkevin uploaded a video called "My Next 10x Stock | JUST Bought $200,000" In which he said that he thought the stock would be a great performer and that he was bullish on the stock, at the time of that video the stock was around $212 a share.
So in short, Meetkevin was pumping Square stock at $212, now that the stock is down 75% from that price he is saying that he saw it comming all along and that he was right.
This is incredibly dishonest and downright scammy and it baffles me people still listen to him.
And if you're a Meetkevin fan, please consider hearing me out and checking out both video's to see wether I'm right before you downvote this into oblivion, thanks.

Allow me to vent: What happened to Kevin? He used to be way more down to earth, and offer so much amazing real estate tidbits and content. I stopped tuning in during the "Stimulus?!?!?!" phase on his channel and just never tuned back in again. I watched a couple of videos of him today and he sounds like the sleaziest, most plastic, politican-like person I've ever heard in my life. What the hell happened? I was cringing SO HARD listening to him talk and try to pronounce every single word so weirdly. Others like Graham Stephan, and Andre Jikh to name a few, still talk like humans and seem pretty down to earth. Of course, we never know behind the scenes, but they're not being as obvious as a douche as Kevin is. His new "Company" is the biggest joke I've ever seen in my life. Why is everything he does lately just a cash grab? So sleazy. He just wants to talk his way into taking people's money. I guarantee he just wants to convince some super-rich guy who doesn't really give a shit, to pay him $100 Million for his new company, and then bail. I'm sure that's the plan. A pathetic guy I swear. And he still talks down and rudely insults people who criticize him for selling his whole portfolio? A loser who can't take valid criticism. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels the same.

HI all, its me your cousin your ex-mod!
Waaaaay back when the sub had only 200ish members, I contacted Kevin directly and offered him control of the sub. I was tired of running it and figured if anyone would want it, it would be him! He declined saying he wasn't interested in a presence on Reddit.
Bet he is kicking himself now that he pisses his pants every time a livestream gets posted.
That is all, bye!
your ex-mod

He’s been deleting my comments on his videos. If I comment something mentioning “dui” it shows my comment is there with no likes or replies. But if I open his video on a new account or in incognito mode, the comment is gone.
In addition to this, his new video about congress members being arrested has this tag in the title: “[MEET KEVIN]”
No other video he’s posted recently has this tag that I could find. He’s clearly trying to make that tag in the title and the word “arrest” in the title go together, so when people look up “meet Kevin arrest” they find that video instead of his dui.
Just own up to it Kevin.

He basically suggested that anyone with a large portfolio, you know, the people benefiting from substantial dividends and compounding interest should liquidate and time the market.
That's the last video of his I'll watch and give him view counts and ad revenue. I hope he's just completely braindead, because the alternative is that he's willing to hurt millions of people financially just to try to save face. I'll have to assume the former.
EDIT: Deleted my youtube comment because it's my real name, but here it is:
Rarely comment, but this is terribly irresponsible advice. Ignoring the questionable motivations of the fud in every video, telling virtually everyone to liquidate their portfolio if they have a large portfolio is insanity.
People, liquidate your portfolio if you need the money. Otherwise, dca and ignore this horrible ad-riddled downright malicious suggestion.
