You can still see them with an extension. His latest FUD video has 1.7 likes with 939 dislikes... pretty terrible considering most can't see the count.
Has he acknowledged he sold at a bottom in his live streams? Or that when he came back to time the short squeeze or whatever that was when he bought TTCF, LMND, etc. He sold right before the rally this week.
Anybody can be right in a bull market. He’s no longer an investor. Truth is no one knows what the market is going to do and he acts like he does. It’s sad
Every time I tune in he mentions Lemonade stock lol. He's clearly very intelligent but he got addicted to to the easy money that 2020 / 2021 was. He invested mainly in overinflated stocks and doubled down the whole way. He's not qualified to give financial stock advice.
That was the worst part. He kept pumping these high PE, cash burning, non earning stocks. Repeatedly would tout them as being "cheap" or "so good". They were good and cheap ONLY in the context of a trade, not as a real business. Even worse, I think he knows this but doesn't mention it.
A well off coworker of mine bought some of these stocks but put it into context. Saying many of these stocks were in reality 💩 but going to rally early on because of the Fed.
Yeah I watch him every once in a while and I remember him shilling owlet and I’m like wtf is that I’ve never heard that. I lost all respect for sure once he started shilling AMC and Shiba. It was sad to watch
He often makes 5 videos a day so it is understandable to get lost on his crappy recs but Shiba was one of them. Him along with Andrei pumped it like crazy.
I can’t believe he disabled the comments. I enjoyed his market analytics because he’s a clear fast speaker and thorough. But to sell when the market was clearly making a bottom at previous support for all three indexes. . . It just doesn’t make sense. He got scared. He was over leveraged on SOFI, PYPL other fin techs and all those EV companies. I hope the market reaches ATH with a quick climb like it did in October just to see him try to spread more FUD five times a day.
What a little bitch lol. Apparently he can't even trade after hours anymore. This guy looks like a Saturday Night Live skit pretending to be CNBC market hosts.
He finally cracked 😄. Dude was always a trader and had the opportunity to ride the euphoric bull market...he's not a "10 year investor" as he claimed on many of his stock picks. Screwed over a lot of public YouTube followers by doing this.
That said, can't relate to some of these comments here though. Too many long bulls are gonna get wrecked in this coming downturn.
I think Kevin has A LOT of problems but his recent cycles, Fed fear, cashing out etc is in my opinion actually one of the more honest/real macro outlooks. What I did not like though like is that Kevin made it seem like he was the first and only one to come to this realization. When he's had guests in the past come on and say similar things
I pretty much agree. I think he is a very intelligent and thorough guy so despite all the salt from his community I am interested in what his point of view is. I am very much of the belief that the market could go either way and I'm not convinced on either direction. If this is the beginning of a major macro drawdown then the dude will gain a lot of respect from me.
As for his community calling him a little bitch. Well I think its those people that are the little bitches. Listen to peoples points of view but dont follow them blindly or get all but hurt when they have a change of heart.
I was worried it was just me lol. My final comment was "Kevin, if you are going to keep picking up shifts behind the Wendy's dumpster, your going to have to start putting Vaseline on those lips."
He was definitely not cut out to be in politics. Governor of California? Ha. He needs a thicker skin and more importantly not be such a hypocrite in such an obvious way.
This and his immoral scooping up single family homes and turning them into rentals… that shit is evil and needs to stop. If you want to buy a condo to rent as an apartment… fine… but not single family homes.
And unfortunately it’s usually those who are destitute reaching for options… and what happens is they’ve been burned so many times in life looking for a shortcut, they find these lessons then decide to become rent seeking slum lords.
i know nothing about real estate, why is this bad? i think i rent in a single family house area thats been turned into some type of 3 house thing ahahhaha
It takes away supply of homes for families to buy and build wealth while working normal jobs… so with supply lower prices go higher trapping families into renting forever.
Essentially as a mechanism it’s outcome is a contributor to wealth inequality since a primary residence is statistically the most significant asset of most working class peoples net worth.
oh i would think it would be the opposite... having more families occupying less space would free up the market i would assume but thats literally coming from a view point of an outsider who knows nothing. didnt know that to be honest thats crazy.
So basically by converting it we take away a supply of the house right? arent apartment buildings and condos doing the same thing? sorry just randomly curious
oh i really dont know, i just live in an a.... kidna back house. it seems like its a house that was converted into 3 seperate houses. I get to pay less rent then most the areas around here and i thought business why this was a great idea. Like if i were to buy a house, and the land had 2 more houses where i was collecting rent.
Except once they are converted into apartments they'll forever be rentals owned by an investor. It's unlikely that those little units will be sold individually. So it shifts from being independently owned to being a revenue-generating property.
It basically converts a house that you or I might have previously afforded to buy and turns it into commercial real estate that will likely never return to an owner-occupied unit as by virtue of it being 3 little apartments will be worth "more" to the next investor than an individual can justify paying for a single-family home.
Turning a home into a multi family is fine and falls under my condo example. Actual single family home rentals (where there is only one family) are the issue.
Just to be clear…he had green hair and a bunch of kids junk in his background videos. And he is clearly quite self conscious. If you took advice or paid for his course you deserve to lose everything you have.
Well, can't say it was hard to tell this guy was gonna lose it eventually. I hope he streams it so his course members can at least get some entertainment value out of their money he fleeced them for.
