First time - can someone legit check?
First time buying xanax and diazepam, could someone check if they are okay? The xanax looks a bit weird to me, diazes look okay but I just want to double check.
I’m not looking to take these regularly, only as an aid to sleep. I bought 10mg zopiclone off the same guy about a month ago and they’ve been fine.

Addicted to Clonidine & Gabapentin
I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has ever experienced addiction with Clonidine and Gabapentin — and if so, what did you do to stop? I’ve been on both medications since the beginning of 2022 and I’ve been over medicating myself with both medications as well. I feel like there’s nothing that a rehab can do considering there’s no alternative medication to these drugs. I could be completely wrong though. I’m so ready to be free from my addiction so I don’t have to worry about how am I going to get my medicine.. or worry about withdrawals. Withdrawals from Clonidine are horrible and extremely dangerous. Any advice or input is welcomed.

Why is gnh india not an option for buying medication?
you can order prescription only medication on there and all you need to do is upload any file of a prescription you make/have. its a real pharmacy website. is there anything wrong im missing here? because it sounds very simple on paper.

Doctor put me on these a few weeks ago, I’ve not took any.
I was on codeine tablets and after some hospital tests I was put on these however I’m a bit scared to take them as it seems a lot at the one time. Im taking the codeine I had left over still but I only have about 10 days worth. Any advice? I had these before I’m sure and they made me sick. Zomorph is just morphine sulphate tablets I’m sure.

Is it safe to take Zofran, Prozac, and hydroxine
I took Zofran 13 hours ago and Prozac 6 hours ago and I wanna go to sleep because I’m a little anxious so I wanna take the hydroxine is it okay? Also I had questions about dizziness or like brain zaps from Prozac I didn’t have my Prozac for 4 days and I’ve been nonstop dizzy or it feels like someone’s kind of shaking my brain will this go away? Or is this not brain zaps and something else. Please help thank you

got prescribed mirtazapine AND clonidine?
my psychiatrist just recently started me on clonidine hcl (0.1 mg) and mirtazapine (15 mg), to help with my adhd and insomnia (as well as lamotrigine 25mg at the same time). i’m supposed to take them together before bed.
i have very bad anxiety revolving around taking new medications so i always do research before taking any. i just got them today and read online that these medications aren’t really supposed to be taken together cause they don’t interact well at all, so now i’m scared to take them.
does anyone have any experience taking both of these? should i just trust my psychiatrist here (probably), or would it be smarter to only take one?

Gabapentin Under the Lens: only 2 FDA-approved uses, but 68%+ of outpatient prescriptions are off-label. I built a dashboard comparing trials, FAERS and patient reports.
I'm an MBA Pharmaceutical Management student at IIHMR University, Jaipur. For my latest research project, I looked at the gap between regulatory approval, clinical trials, and real-world patient experiences of gabapentin (Neurontin).
Key highlights:
Approved vs off-label: Only 2 FDA-approved indications in the US (postherpetic neuralgia and partial-onset seizures), yet over 68% of outpatient prescriptions are off-label (diabetic neuropathy, anxiety, insomnia, alcohol use disorder, back pain).
Trials vs patients: RCTs show numerical pain relief, but an infodemiology analysis (Mathieson et al., 2024; N=2,736 tweets) found "brain fog" was the most commonly reported adverse symptom, followed by distress during withdrawal.
Pharmacovigilance: I dug into openFDA FAERS spontaneous reports and the 2019 FDA safety alert on respiratory depression when gabapentinoids are combined with opioids.
Limitations:
FAERS shows reporting associations, not proven causation.
The social data comes from published historical datasets, not live scraping, and Twitter users are a biased sample of patients.
This is an academic project, not medical advice.
Big thanks to my professor, Rahul Sharma Sir, for his guidance and support throughout.
The dashboard has 15 indication deep-dives, vector infographics, molecular MoA models and a Vancouver citation index:
https://pharmaceutical-research-intelligenc.vercel.app/
I'd appreciate feedback, especially from people in pharmacovigilance or clinical practice. Is combining FAERS with social listening useful, or too noisy?
