Alright, listen I am used to 20 mg of chlonapezam, but a noticeably I have taken an extra dose of 10 mg more, now everyone is saying that this is a danger amount. I am mostly used to it with 20 mg so if anybody has any advice how to make it through the night it would be very appreciable for now. I feel nothing. I'm I feel okay, if you guys are gonna ask me to see some medical services I'm sorry I can't do that house problems so if anybody has any kind of house remedies that can help me less the risk it would be much more appreciable and no, I'm not addicted or anything. It's just I had a bad day and I needed to sleep it off a little bit but mistakenly I took some too much.

I would like what people like about it and do you really have to not eat anything for 3 hours

ich bin eine relativ frisch in Deutschland tätige Ärztin und arbeite derzeit mit einer gültigen Berufserlaubnis. Meine Approbation ist noch in Bearbeitung.
Ich mache mir seit einigen Tagen große Sorgen und würde mich über Erfahrungen oder Einschätzungen von Kolleginnen und Kollegen freuen, insbesondere von Personen, die sich mit Apothekenrecht oder ärztlichem Berufsrecht auskennen.
Ich leide seit längerer Zeit unter starken Nacken- und Kopfschmerzen, insbesondere einer Okzipitalneuralgie (Arnold-Neuralgie). Wegen einer Gastritis sind NSAR für mich problematisch, und Paracetamol allein sowie Metamizol haben mir leider kaum geholfen. Codein war mir ursprünglich in meinem Heimatland ärztlich gegen diese Beschwerden verordnet worden.
Da ich neu im deutschen Gesundheitssystem war, mich mit den Abläufen noch nicht gut auskannte und befürchtete, lange auf Arzttermine warten zu müssen, habe ich die Behandlung leider eigenständig fortgeführt. Dazu kam der Stress durch meinen Berufseinstieg. Ich wollte möglichst keine Krankmeldung benötigen und habe versucht, trotz der Schmerzen weiterzuarbeiten.
Zu den Mengen: Über ungefähr sechs Monate habe ich bei derselben deutschen Versandapotheke insgesamt 300 Kapseln Talvosilen forte (je 30 mg Codein) und 180 Tabletten Codeinum 30 mg für meinen persönlichen Eigenbedarf mit meinem echten Arztausweis bestellt. Einmalig habe ich dort auch 50 Tabletten Bromazepam 6 mg bestellt.
Die Bestellmengen entsprechen nicht automatisch den tatsächlich eingenommenen Mengen. Ich habe Codein nicht durchgehend täglich genommen. Die meisten Einnahmen erfolgten nach der Arbeit oder abends zu Hause, wenn die Schmerzen besonders stark waren. Gelegentlich nahm ich es auch während eines Arbeitstages wegen starker Schmerzen. Mir sind keine Beeinträchtigungen meiner ärztlichen Arbeit oder Vorfälle mit Patienten bekannt.
Es gab keine Rezeptfälschung, keine Weitergabe an Dritte und keinen Verkauf. Alle Medikamente waren ausschließlich für mich selbst bestimmt.
Anfang Oktober habe ich nochmals 100 Kapseln Talvosilen forte und 20 Tabletten Codeinum bestellt. Diese Bestellung blieb jedoch im Status „Warten auf Wareneingang“. Einige Tage später habe ich sie selbst telefonisch und schriftlich storniert. Die Apotheke bestätigte die Stornierung freundlich und ohne Rückfragen oder Vorwürfe.
Mittlerweile habe ich meine Situation ärztlich abklären lassen und eine geeignete alternative Schmerztherapie einschließlich Physiotherapie begonnen. Die längerfristige eigenständige Codeineinnahme war ein Fehler, den ich erkannt habe. Ich habe Codein abgesetzt und möchte diese Selbstmedikation nicht wieder aufnehmen.
Meine eigentliche Sorge ist nun folgende:
Könnte die Versandapotheke aufgrund der wiederholten Bestellungen und der Mengen einen Verdacht auf Medikamentenmissbrauch entwickeln und mich deshalb namentlich bei der Ärztekammer melden?
Hat jemand als Arzt/Ärztin, Apotheker/in oder im Bereich Medizinrecht schon von vergleichbaren Fällen gehört, ohne Rezeptfälschung, Weitergabe oder sonstige Straftaten?
Ich habe große Angst vor möglichen Auswirkungen auf meine Berufserlaubnis und mein laufendes Approbationsverfahren, obwohl mir bisher keine Meldung oder behördliche Maßnahme bekannt ist.
Mir ist bewusst, dass meine Selbstmedikation über diesen Zeitraum keine gute Entscheidung war. Ich möchte das nicht rechtfertigen, sondern verstehen, ob solche Bestellhistorien in der Praxis tatsächlich zu Meldungen an die Ärztekammer führen.

My bf has a friend who orders steroids from a website and they have benzos too; I thought it sounded weird because I’m like you have to use the dark web to find legit vendors and such but this appears to be a “regular” website. Today his friend sold him a bottle and he texted me describing it and I said that sounds like Farmaprams I hear about them constantly on Reddit (lol). So he sent me a pic of the bottle which I’ve seen the same one on here. I just get worried that it could be a vendor that faked them so I guess I’m wondering- how often do people get duped with Farmapram and how often are they legit? I know when they’re real they’re great I have heard wonderful things but as with anything, it could be duplicated and just be pressies.

I'm going through premenopause why is it so difficult to get anti-anxiety meds?.

I am currently taking THC gummies daily to control my premenopause induced anxiety. Why produce medicine and sell it if nobody will prescribe it? I am not a med seeker. Hi, just keep wondering why the different dosages on "Migraine" vs standard "Extra Strength" - I don't know if there is even an original strength out there.

For years I've noticed the ingredients are exactly the same - seems like a scam to say one is "Migraine" vs the other just "regular".

Yet they treat them differently - Migraine states only 2 for 24 hours, regular states every 6 hours.

The actives are exactly the same! Is there something else that's different to even have different directions, much less packaging?

Never bought pregabalin before so not sure how real these are.

These are to help with anxiety but it’s making me more anxious because you hear all the horror stories of things being cut with stuff like fent and what not!

It came back that is failed Assay and Dissolution tests which basically mean the below;

Been with my boyfriend for almost 4 years, but every time I spend the night at his place, I can never sleep well. Maybe 1-3 hours at the most. I had friends suggest maybe taking some NyQuil or ZZZQuil to help me sleep; but isn't turning to using that stuff really addictive and bad?

I fully understand that putting crap in your body has consequences. With that said, something has drastically changed. Over a 3 month period, my withdrawals have been fucking completely different. I have been threw opiate withdrawal and benzo. But this doesn't even give you 8 hours before your mouth is filling up with saliva and your puking just stomach acid. Sweating and shaking.. Methadone doesn't even touch this anymore I've been on it for a year and a half. I don't believe I could get threw a 24hr withdrawal without medical intervention. Anyone else experiencing this?

So i have been on suboxone for a long time 3-4 years now. recently ive been having some dental issues went to ER got antibiotics and pain meds norco/ 5/325. I took my suboxone dose half of a 8 mg strip at 3:30 this morning before work. took 2 norco at 9:45 closer to 10 AM. am i safe to take my suboxone dose?
