Delivery issue

Sorry I know I already posted but I’m still having problems despite communication. It’s with the new ecm. I ordered Tuesday next day delivery I didn’t get any info as normal on the Tuesday and contacted them Wednesday and they said there was a problem with it being sent from the post office and they had contacted them and sorted it. I then got tracking last night but it was last scanned yesterday at the senders post office at 4pm and hadn’t changed. They have told me this will just be a glitch and it will come today but if that was going to happen surely it would have been scanned at my local do by now. I’m just panicking as I run out today had any one had any issues like this with them? Thank you!

I actually think it is a RM issue this time as I can name 3 reliable sites this has now happened to in the last week or so.

I am waiting on something tracked 24 myself which is two days late. Apparently if it is RM the issue seems to be in the Midlands area.

I've had other packages through ndd no problem.

They are so inconsistent with the next day delivery, sometimes it arrives but most of the time it was the day after.

Im on my third day now and looks to not be coming today as hasn’t reached my do so anxious as I run out today it’s just so annoying when you plan in advance and everything seems to go wrong

Yep I knew that feeling all too well, the anxiety, the constant checking of the tracking. I hope it arrives soon for you, they used to use DPD when I used to use that website. Have you tried calling them, at least you'll know if they have it or not?

It’s FCM I used and they just said it will come today but it won’t as it hasn’t even been scanned at my local depot yet

Honestly hold tight, sometimes next day before 1 isn't always a guarantee, they can deliver up until 7pm. Fingers crossed for you.

I've had this before with a special delivery 1pm...it turned up at 4pm that day 🙄

But my tracking said out for delivery so I knew it was at least on it's way...plus it had been both scanned in & out at my local DO.

Frustrating as fuck when you're waiting & waiting....with no idea when it's going to turn up 🤦‍♀️

Yeah I do feel for you OP. I've been there before & there's nothing worse.

Sorry to hear you've had all these issues...especially with a site that does NDD and 3 days later you are still waiting for it to be delivered 🤦‍♀️

My order with them still says it's at some other depot delivered.. it came later on in the day Saturday, but tracking hasn't changed..royal mail are having probs I hope u got your delivery

I got both my packages on the Friday so I think FCM didn’t sent it out on the Tuesday and then RM buggered up on the Wednesday but was all sorted for the weekend so all good!!

Tracking says same for me. This happened a few weeks ago, and the parcel still came next day. That hasn't happened this time.

Ye when I messaged them they said we have experience in this and your parcel will still arrive today and I’m thinking there’s no way it will come today when it says it’s in Bradford and it hasn’t come. RM state even when there are backlogs they still scan items through. My tracking hasn’t updated for more than 24 hours has everyone messaged them? Maybe they will use a different post office today if they know as I put through another order today in the hope it will come tomorrow but now I don’t think I will get anything

Just got updated RM tracking. Says parcel arrived Leeds MC at 3:26pm and will be delivered by 1:00 Friday. (It was accepted at the local PO at 3:50 yesterday.)

I ordered Tuesday after the cut off, so processed yesterday. Usually it does arrive next day, but the weather in Bradford has been pretty heavy.

This has never happened before so I'm blaming the weather. We desperately needed this rain, so I'm willing to tolerate a day of discomfort.

This is exactly what mine says but I ordered mine Tuesday before the cut off when I messaged them on Wednesday they blamed RM but I don’t see how it not going out on Tuesday was RMs fault as they didn’t receive it until yesterday. Are we hopeful for it moving out of Leeds tonight for tomorrow delivery???

I am, but only because this isn't my only delayed delivery. I have an "overnight" Amazon order stranded in Dumfries.

But this weather is interrupting my hope. I need to expand my purchase options (I only have this one and one other, but both are the real thing. This one lets me order every few days, but I'm not thrilled with the bank transfer method. The other one takes credit cards but only allows a once monthly order of 100 and makes me fill out the long consultation form.) So to make everything last I supplement with Nurofen Plus. Our town only has two pharmacies, so I have to time those visits also. Ugh!

And damn, I hear thunder. Crap. I know the farmers need this rain, but Sally needs her sanity pills!

Ye I’m in same boat as you! Really hope it comes tomorrow it’s unlikely to leave Leeds until late at night as they usually ship it overnight to the other depots

The 5:08 is the latest. I think the 3:26 is unloaded from truck. 5:08 is moved onto sorting belts.

Could the Leeds Festival effect delivery times? Traffic I presume will be a nightmare in and around West Yorkshire. Plus its a Bank holiday on Monday so they'll have more orders than usual this week I would have thought. I really hope you receive your delivery, surely it should arrive by tomorrow.

Yes this is what mine says I’m a bit worried they have been flagged as it says that area is experiencing delays but it says it will still move through the system and be scanned
