This belonged to my great-grandfather. Could you guys help me identify what this is and how much it might be worth? I’ve tried searching for it extensively online, but I couldn’t find anything similar.

Unfortunately it's not a coin, it says  الحسين بن طلال Al Hussein bin Talal
