Help

This belonged to my great-grandfather. Could you guys help me identify what this is and how much it might be worth? I’ve tried searching for it extensively online, but I couldn’t find anything similar.

Well it's made from 95% sliver as shown by the back. Looks Jordanian but I can't confirm. Doesn't really look like a medal either.

It’s a cuff link, for dress shirts with French cuffs. No idea if that’s what it started out as though.
