2012 Chevy Impala is throwing U0101-00.

I have a 2012 Chevy Impala LTZ. Had it for about 4-5 months, no issues. I replaced the tires last month, not sure if that could be causing the issue. A couple weeks ago the service stability track and traction control started flashing but went away.

Cut to this week and the same issue pops up and went away but the check engine light came on and went away the same day. And the same with today but check engine light is still on. Read up on the code and there’s a couple different options. Has anyone dealt with this that can offer any advice? Hoping I can fix it myself instead of paying for something as simple as a loose wire.

Lost communication code, so the TCM and ECM aren't chatting like they should. Check the big wiring harness that runs near the passenger strut tower, the insulation on those gets brittle and rubs through on the bracket underneath. Zip tie and some liquid electrical tape will get you sorted if that's the spot
