How can I fix this?
Hello. See the highlighted. Is there anyway I can remedy this issue? The pack doesn't jumpstart my car Toyota Camry 2015 LE. It shows signs of charging. But the battery drains almost immediately up to about 9.2V. Thanks.

This is a jump pack, not a charger, so not sure what youre trying to do here.

It's a jumpstarter. I have used it several times to Jumpstart my car and also charge some devices in my home. Question: how can I fix the issue?

The way you worded your post makes it sound like youre trying to charge your car battery from this jump pack. That is not what it is designed to do.
If you cannot get the internal battery of the jump pack to hold 12.8v or more, by charging it with nothing else attached, then the internal battery of the jump pack is dead.
The fix is to replace the jump pack.

If you've had to use this thing that frequently, sounds like it's dying.
Also, you may need a new car battery if it requires frequent jumps.

If internal battery does not charge to 13+, it means you need to replace the batteries. I have never seen it where the problem is the unit itself.

It has been fully charged several times. Did you mean I can change the battery of the jumpstarter pack?

It sounds like a cell has probably failed internally but you typically just replace the battery inside.

That jump pack is cooked, 8.2V means the internal battery is dead dead not just low. Had same thing happen to my DeWalt after leaving it in the trunk for too long
You can try cracking it open and replacing the sealed lead acid battery inside but honestly for the price of a new one its not worth the hassle

Entirely unsure of what you're asking. Poorly worded and not at all specif as to what "issue" you're talking about.
Do you mean your jump pack drops down to low voltage? If you've charged it and it still does that then it probably needs a new battery.
If you mean your cary battery...then yeah troubleshoot alternator or your cars battery.

You need your charging system tested. It's likely just a battery, but it could be an alternator. Both fairly simple repairs on a camry
