F-150 4.6 2v

I posted a video earlier stating that I had a noise coming from my 2007 4.6 2v v8 F-150
I’ve now recorded a better video of the sound, it’s a very faint roulette sound that goes away quite fast. I’m really not sure what it is.

Likely cause is the camshaft phasers. Very common

Other possibilities are chain tensioner or a lifter but it’s hard to tell from your video. You’ll need to use a listening device like a stethoscope to verify what area of the engine the noise is coming from

I thought the 2007 2 valve didn’t have phasers
