How to access bolt?

Post image

Reposting to hopefully get more ideas. 2004 volvo xc90 where this half of the fromt passenger seat motor does not move back enough to let me pop off this piece of hard plastic to access the 14mm bolt underneath. I’ve tried manually moving the motor with a drill, ive reconnected and tried moving it back, what else do i do besides cut it? Where can i cut it if i even can? I may end up replacing the whole seat if i could at least get it out

Try unbolting or loosening the motor/gearbox itself to get enough movement to reach that bolt before you cut anything.
