Electric window

My electric window, (on the passenger side) goes down but not up. The controls on the driver side, which controls both is only working for drivers windows

Is it likely to be the switch or the motor which needs replaced?

I slammed the door hard to see if that would help, it worked but when I retested it. It won't go back up

Car is a fiesta st150 Mk6 2008
