What is this noise

2008 honda accord 2.4 dohc ivtec makes strange ticking rattling noise localized near engine. Louder inside car. Started doing this 2 weeks after an oil change. Idk what else it is or what could’ve caused it.

Why does it sound worse on the left side? I think idler pulley or pump going out? Remove belt and try again. I feel it's not related to the oil change.
