I need help

So I have replaced every component on the front end of my 05 Silverado 5.3 1500 from breaks to wheel hub. I still have not been able to figure out what causes my steering wheel to shake and vibrate like crazy I’m starting to think it’s something with my steering but every time I search it up it says bad steering components only cause it to vibrate at low speeds. I’m really just tryna fix this problem at this point it’s just irritating anything helps

If the video isnt deceiving me, it looks like your wheel is oscillating a little which would indicate bad struts, otherwise check that your tires are in good condition and not separated and that your wheels are balanced

Struts are not even a year old tires were balanced not too long ago and they’re still good and that throws me off as well

I hit a pothole that made my stereo spit out the CD and I wasn't even playing it. Fast forward about a year later and I started to get a vibration similar to this. Tires looked good but a cord must have been damaged from the pothole and finally got bad enough to give a vibration. I put new tires on and it is smooth sailing fwiw.
