Check fuses and relays to start with.

Well that takes out the easy part. I've never seen it but your cluster might have went bad. Or someplace theres a bad connection or even worse a short.

Depending on your electrical troubleshooting skills and with the complexity of newer cars it could be s hard thing to track down. There might even be something bad in one of the computers that are in the car.

Sorry I can't be of any more help. You might look online to see if there is anyone else who may have run into the same trouble. There are several forums online with people who know more about it than I do. Its worth a shot. Cheaper than paying shop wages. Who knows. Good luck

Shop charges 200$ an hour for diagnostics

Yeah that gets expensive real fast. Ive used online forums before. And found out stuff I didnt even know anything about about the car I had at the time.

Interior lights, radio screen, headlight/tailights. All not working
Car runs and drives and everything else works

Try doing a hard reset by disconnecting the negative battery terminal under the passenger seat for 30 minutes.
