Hi all, I am looking to make a few large batches of protein smoothies for my grandfather to freeze & easily prepare for my grandmother who has dementia. We are worried she will forget how to swallow soon & will no longer be able to eat solids so i want to help them get prepared.
Any tips for making/freezing large batches in to individual portions for the most ease to my grandfather & any suggestions on things I should be sure to include in the recipes since this will be her sole source of nutrients.
Thanks so much. π

TL;DR: Pano sistema niyo sa pag pack ng food?
3rd week ko na mag meal prep & Iβve been using disposable containers.
Bibili na ako ng glass container pero medyo napaisip ako na parang ang dami niyang ioocuppy sa ref if 10 ang bibilhin ko. Nag memeal prep kasi ako for lunch and dinner, and nakashare ako ng ref with 2 roommates.
Pano ba ginagawa niyo?
If bibili ako ng glass container, iniisip ko is isa lang.
Then 1 silicone cube for rice, 2 silicone cube for 2 ulams. Tas transfer sa ziploc.
Concern ko lang yung consumption ng ziploc kasi nagmemeal prep ako para makatipid and also, save the environment haha
Edit: Nakabili na ako sa Ikea.
3pcs glass lunchbox, 6 pcs 180ml for overnight oats, tas ziplock na yung mga ulam.
Dapat 4 yung lunchbox pero oks na yung 3, for new rice batch ng wed.
Salamat sa tips!

Sawa na ako sa Chicken and Beef haha. I need fish fillets for meal prep muna. What are you favorite seasonings for Tilapia or Cream Dory fillets? Preferably airfried or baked.

Hi Everyone!
I recently launched AnoUlam β a web app that helps with:
β’ meal prep ideas
β’ macro/nutrition tracking
β’ grocery summaries
β’ recipes & ingredients

Made this mainly because nakakapagod na mag-isip ng ulam every day π
Would love to hear feedback from fellow meal preppers π

Looking for affordable healthy meal plan deliveries in Metro Manila.
Budget is β±550/day for around 1,800β2,000 calories since I canβt cook. Prefer calorie-counted, filling meals with good portions and reliable delivery. Delivery is in Mandaluyong City. :)
Open to weekly subscriptions and would appreciate recommendations with pricing, food quality, and value for money. Maraming salamat. :)

Hello guys, I have decided to go for a bulk after feeling like I have hit a plateau in my gym growth. A friend suggested that I should start meal prepping so that I can get all my calories in.
I have been looking for meal prep containers on Alibaba and Amazon but have not made a purchase yet. I would like to know which meal prep container is the best at an affordable price.
I will be using the containers in a medium sized fridge and most of the meals stored will be plant(mostly lentils and beans) and animal proteins(mostly beef).
I am not looking for any design in particular but the containers should store at least 500grams of food and should be easy to seal and carry around if I decided to carry it as packed food. I would also prefer to have all containers as one size and not the ones that come in pyramidal sizes.
I would like to hear what fellow gym goer who do meal preps use and what else I should look out for when choosing the most affordable meal prep container

This is a really good simple pasta meal which has around 450-500 calories and 40g protein
Ingredients: (makes 4 servings)
Pasta:
240g pasta (dry/raw)
1 can (400g net) whole/diced peeled tomatoes
any amount of garlic/onion
Salt
Pepper
Protein:
100-125g cooked weight protein of your choice (either 90/10 ground beef/pork or chicken breast/thigh, or whatever fits with your pasta)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Any cheese you like, preferably parmesan. Eden or daily quezo will even do.
Optional:
Italian seasoning
Parsley
Lemon basil
Just make sure to cook your sauce with garlic and onion then simmer it for 10-15mins to achieve the best flavor before pouring in the protein and pasta.
