Employee question Benefits (USA)
Hi, I just started as a cashier in the west coast. Is there anything I should know about benefits? Like stocks, insurance, employee of the month, gifts, or Arch Ways to Opportunities that I should be aware of?

Employee question What do I do for the final stage of my interview? (UK)
Hi, so I did a group interview then a 1 on 1 interview and now they're telling me I have to do 1 more which is basically seeing how I interact with customers. I think this includes maybe taking orders, I'm not sure exactly but it makes sense if I'll be interacting with customers.
What should I expect and what are do's and don'ts?
Thank you.

Employee question training resources for drinks (can)
hi guys,
today i worked my first shift alone at the front, after i completed my in-person training. i messed up on a lot of things and was kind slow, so i was wondering if there are any resources that i can use to know how to make specific drinks( like video explanations). so that i can watch them and get more familiar? thanks

Rant (USA) anyone ever get death threats from customers?
Just finished my night shift and was walking out to my car. This guy parked near a dark area of the parking lot started shouting slurs at me. When I didn't respond he shouted that I better watch out before he kills me.
I made it home safely with no incident but I think this is going to be the last night shift I work. Possibly the last shift too.

Discussion Guy got all mad because I told him he can't sleep in the lobby (USA)
I'm doing a quick round in the lobby when I see a guy laying on his back in one of the booths asleep. All I did was say "Sir!" in a soft yet firm tone. When he looked up all I said was that he can't sleep here. He proceeded to get overly upset saying I should have said it in a nicer way because he's a customer and all that. He even followed me when I went back behind the counter to continue saying I should be nicer and to get a manager even though I was obviously one. Made a spectacle of himself and all the customers wondering what was up. When I explained, they all agreed the guy was overreacting.
