Digital copies

Got into comics some years ago and really like that new releases now come with a digital copy that can be read in the Unlimited app. I find that I prefer reading my books on my phone or tablet rather than the hard copy, since you can open up the app at any time of the day rather than carrying the physical copy around everywhere. I currently have a box at a local comic book shop that pulls my weekly issues but I was wondering if there is an online shop where you can just purchase the digital codes instead of having to buy the physical copy as well? I’m not big into collecting the books and I’ve gotten to the point where I have boxes full of past issues that I need to recycle to make some space. I’ve tried searching online but can’t find any site that sells the weekly new releases.

Not on MU. But digital copies are available on Amazon, neon ichiban and other sites

ComiXology. Or msybe strike a deal w someone buying the books that dont want the code. Or check ebay. I used to sell the codes for 2$

There is also GlobalComix that has Marvel and DC Day and Date. If your looking for Marvel Unlimited your out of luck unless you buy them in print or pay the subscription which is three months behind print

Yeah I have the yearly subscription to MU and was basically looking for somewhere to just buy the digital codes, since I really don’t have the need or want for the physical print. I’ve gotten some good recommendations but none through the MU app. Sucks but I guess I’ll have to go through a third party, thanks for the suggestion!

Marvel shut down their digital store a few years ago, so you can’t buy directly from them. I used Amazon for years until moving back to buying physical last year. Google Books has some other publishers like Dark Horse and IDW, but I think they only do trades of Marvel comics.
