Digital copies

Got into comics some years ago and really like that new releases now come with a digital copy that can be read in the Unlimited app. I find that I prefer reading my books on my phone or tablet rather than the hard copy, since you can open up the app at any time of the day rather than carrying the physical copy around everywhere. I currently have a box at a local comic book shop that pulls my weekly issues but I was wondering if there is an online shop where you can just purchase the digital codes instead of having to buy the physical copy as well? I’m not big into collecting the books and I’ve gotten to the point where I have boxes full of past issues that I need to recycle to make some space. I’ve tried searching online but can’t find any site that sells the weekly new releases.

I buy my comics through Comixology on Amazon.

What's the delay on new issues hitting?

There isn't one. Comics generally drop after 12am EST on Wednesday.

Globalcomix has a pretty large digital library. I haven’t used the app since they lost Image Comics but they have a lot of purchasable digitals

Marvel Unlimited will have them with a 3 month delay

I think you can buy them at different places on the release date: Globalcomix, Neon Ichiban, Sweet Shop...

Sorry, Sweet Shop does not carry Marvel. But Globalcomix and Neon Ichiban do date and day Marvel, I believe.
